Bump on nose ring and industrial piercing?

i got my nose pierced in september and my industrial done in march. my nose has had a few problems here and there with the little bumps (are they called keloids?) when i've gotten it bumped in sports or had to change it to a retainer. i no longer change it frequently or by myself nor does it get knocked much. the only times it gets touched is when i clean it. or when i itch my nose. i've heard many methods to get rid of this but none are working! the bump isn't too large. but noticeable and ugly.. i have used tea tree oil in the past but it didn't do much. so i switched to emu oil. but i've heard more success with tea tree so i'm back to that. i wash it with antibacterial soap in the shower. and my piercer has also suggested peroxide. i know some say thats really bad but they say its a rare case where you can use it. i just made the mistake of putting it on my industrial bump. it started to bleed. this is a more open bump, not just the buildup of tissue. so i am sticking to the oil with that. i do salt soaks occasionally but they are just so inconvenient its hard for me to sit down and stick my nose in water for too long before i feel like i'm drowning. i've also tried compresses. they don't seem to do much. i haven't tried the tea bag ones though. i'm so fed up with them and any help would be appreciated!
