Can You Help Me With My Dry Penis ?

I took accutane (the acne improvement drug) for only about a month, but it has dried me out. It has even dried out my genitals. After I pee, the urine even dries out some of my skin at the tip of my penis. Also, my urethra is very tender and soar from this. I have tried emu oil and other various moisturizers but all they do is make the skin flaky and crack. When I masturbate, it REALLY dries out the skin and eats some of it away. Would taking a baths in cold water help? What can I do to. Help this? Thank you!!
