Emu busines in maraimalainagar(around 45 km from chennai toward chengulpet)?

I have 1.5 acres of land, want to start emu business in the above mentioned area, is this place is suitable for this(temp ~38 deg Celcius) how profit is this, I need atleast 1 lacs per month, for this profit how much pair of emus I should buy? how many months i need to wait for this profit?what is the maintenance cost for this? how much % load i can get from tamilnadu government. I heared that no one is having emu farm in and around chennai, why so? what are the drawbacks behind in this business in chennai? is there any good market value for this? pls give me a brief explanation for the questions i raised
