How can I get rid of my Acne scars?

So i have moderate acne just under my chin and areas around my nose, i took care of some of my acne by using a 3 step cleanser but i still have some acne scars left behind. Whats the best way to remove them without using any oil or anything like that, that will clog up my pores? - Thanks
