Do you agree with this Heavyweight punchers list?

If this list means the best punchers overall and not the hardest punchers then I don't think Earnie Shavers should be in it. Whenever he missed with his right hand he looked like he was throwing a cricket ball, but someone like Joe Louis was brilliant at tight little combinations that knocked many men senseless. Out of all the men who could hit hard AND box, I think I have to say Sonny Liston. He could box very well and hit extremely hard with every punch he threw, the thing with Liston is that he could knock you cold from a boxing stance, a lot of people see Foreman telegraphing his big looping hooks and uppercuts and think, Wow, what a heavy hitter (and he was, I'm not trying to take anything away from him) but Liston, he didn't stand straight on like Foreman, he could throw anything from any position he was in and still knock you out, it's just that he didn't look as impressive as Foreman. I think this List is okay, although I'm not sure Cooney could hit harder than those you have below him, unless, like I said, this is a list of good overall punchers and not hard punchers.
