Just started playing pokemon ruby and ran into a shining wrumple....havent even got any pokeballs yet..?

what do?.....also would it help that im doing it on a emu (legit to kuz i own the system and game).....am wondering if i can import a gameshark code for a pokeball while in battle with the pokemon
