Mirena and moderate dysplasia?

Ok so before I had my baby I was on the mirena for 2 years. I had it took out and got pregnant and and during my pregnancy i had an abnormal pap smear then had a colposcopy done. came back with dysplasia. Had another done at my 6 week check up and came back with moderate dysplasia. now on the 19th i am having a LEEP procedure done. my question is after my leep procedure is done can i get the mirena again? and what other birth control can i get while Im waiting....
