Hair removal? please help!?

Well.. I have really sensitive skin on my legs and i don't know what to do for hair removal. when i use a shaver i get little red bumps on my legs. Im extremely allergic to nair so i cant use that... I use a really good shaver too and still always have the red bumps.. so what can i do to get rid i hair that's not chemical?
