What products should i use for my hair?

im a guy with short hair bout 5 cm long, and i style my hair with the iron and hairspray. my hair's end is kinda dead even though i use heat protectanct before i flat iron it. So what do you guys recommend me to use in this sittuation? shampoo, conditioner, etc... I've heard that emu oil is really good for my hair but idk... ive also hear that pantene, dove, head and shoulders are good also... so ppl please help what do u recommend i should use? any suggestions will be appreciated.
