I have moderate acne that will not go away?

Most of it is on my chin area and maybe three or four on my forehead ~ Papules, pustules, blackheads, whiteheads and pimples. I have some back acne and one cyst on my shoulder. I have been to a Dr that has put me on birth control, antibiotics (minocyclin) drugstore brand creams and cleansers, put me temporarily on Accutane, which was working, but when I went for a second opinion, the other doctor took me off it immediately and told me my acne was not nearly severe enough for this kind of medication. I have persistent acne, there isn't a day that I go without some on my face or body, but I feel like I've tried almost everything and don't know what else there is. Please help! Anyone with the magical information on how to heal acne and live with clear skin and please don't say proactive, unsuccessfully have tried it and now have a new skin condition from it - CONTACT DERMATITIS! Not good. THanks for any suggestions.
