Can colleges acquire your ACT scores a week before you do?

I got mail from Eastern Michigan University that says " A student like [me], with an ACT composite score of 26 and HS GPA of 4 will be eligible for an EMU scholarship"...Well, the thing is, I never got a 26. In February 2010, I got a 28, and February 2011, I got a 30. So could this mean that EMU got my June 11th test score?? I sure hope not. 28-->30-->26 would be awful! I mean, the test results will be online June 27th, but I'm still wondering if my new score is a 26 or not...
