Emu oil to even out uneven lobe stretching?

My left ear was pierced wrong, as in it is to far out and at an angle-which is additionally outward. I have begun stretching my ears, and I do not want to take it out and repierce the messed up ear. I was wondering if you emu oil has worked out in increasing the surface area of lobes.
