Graphics missing in paper mario thousand year door on dolphin emu! Help?

In dolphin emulator when I play paper mario thousand year door some graphics are missing. EX: The fuzzy hoard graphic was invisible, the puny graphics are missing, and the dragon fly things in the great tree. Is there anything I can download to fix this?
