HUGE Keloid on nose piercing. HELP!?

I got my nose pierced again about three weeks ago and everything has been fine but for the past week a keloid has been there and now it's out of control! I've tried salt soaks and everything but nothing is making it go away. Does anyone know what I can do to get rid of it? I've heard about emu oil but does anyone know if that really helps? I'm getting a little nervous haha...please let me know!! Thanks!
